Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to pay the admitted remaining dues of Rs. 35,392/- out of the total amount of Rs. 39,136/- as a part of payment of Rs. 3744/- has already been made to the petitioner for printing and supply of 1083 Training Handbooks @ Rs. 32.68 per book. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such supply order was given to M/s Arunalay of which the petitioner happens to be the proprietor vide Annexure 1 dated 6.2.2013 and after properly printing and supplying the materials the petitioner submitted his bills but out of that on the part payment as has been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court would be inclined to dispose of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3, the Deputy Director (Accounts), Bihar Institute Public Administration and Rural Development, Govt. of Bihar by filing a representation along with other relevant papers. On such representation having been filed let the respondent no. 3 would be required to take a decision in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. If the amount is found payable to the petitioner then that would be required to be paid within a further period of four weeks failing which unpaid admitted amount would carry simple interest @ 10 % per annum to be calculated from the date it became due till the date of its final payment. Ordered accordingly.
