The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 307, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has already been resolved and learned counsel also brought on record, an affidavit (containing terms and conditions) jointly signed by both the parties and this fact is also not disputed by the counsel for opposite party. The copy of Mediatior's report is kept at flag 'M'.
