JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not the family members of the husband of the victim. The only accusation against him and twenty others is that they participated in the cremation. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband's family of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
