The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 498(A) / 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith his family members committed torture and harassment against complainant/opp.party no. 2 for dowry. Petitioner is husband of complainant and he is ready to keep her with full honour and dignity. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
