Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2020 and seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No.277 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379/ 504 of the I.P.C.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have caused head injury by sharp edged weapon to informant as a result of which, informant sustained grievous injury, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected for the present.
