Patna High Court CWJC No.9160 of 2016 (2) dt.07-06-2016 2/2 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents were under the obligation to follow the procedure, principles and the guidelines laid down by the Commissioner itself for conducting the election.

Once an election process starts, the Court will not interfere in any manner with the election process. As the respondents have all the powers, the grievance made by the petitioner can very well be agitated in appropriate proceeding before the appropriate authority/forum. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ application is disposed of.
