There is enough material dealt with even in the order of rejection by learned Sessions Judge. Those are cogent and valid reasons to refuse privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may, however, surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above-named, is rejected in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 136 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
