In view of the letter dt. 20.05.2014 is illegal and further issue direction to respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment, in view of the Government Circular dt. 17.09.2013 and further give other legal consequential benefit attached to the post."

On 22.11.2022, we had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner's claim for inclusion in the list of Secretary, stood rejected on account of a criminal case bearing no. 98 of 2013, registered on 27.09.2013.

Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

However, in the interest of justice, matter is adjourned.

List this case on 30th of November, 2022, in the category of "Order Matters".
