2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 13.09.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 136 of 2018, arising out of Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 384, 385,386, 395, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 14.12.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60031 of 2017.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a subsequent development, charges have now been framed on 03.07.2018 (Annexure-3).
4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of custody already suffered since 13.09.2017, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the

No.46322 of 2018 (2) dt.08-08-2018 satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 136 of 2018, arising out of Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
(iii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
