The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and is a person with clean antecedent Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed in terms of liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 09.07.2020 in Cr. Misc. No 21812 of 2020.

Considering the fact that liberty was granted to the
