The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that he committed theft of music system installed in informant's car and got it installed in his own vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is minor in view of matriculation certificate appended to the petition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Ram Krishna Nagar Police station Case No. 32 of 2014 on the condition that (i) both the bailors
