Petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2018 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018 registered under Sections 356, 379, 34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody for the last three months. Moreover, co-accused, Sonu Kumar, has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 40944 of 2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43084 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018.
