The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 252 of 2018 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused in his confessional statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018 but yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R and he has not been put on TIP for identification, the
