No. 19049 of 2015, by which petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 pending in the Court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the first paragraph and prayer portion of the bail application, the reference "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur" has been typed in place of "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur, District-Saran at Chapra". In view of the above submission, in the last paragraph of the order dated 01.

06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19049 of 2015, let the words "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur" be corrected to be read as "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur, District-Saran at Chapra" and also let the time to surrender of the above petitioner passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28804 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 of 2015 on 01.06.2015 in the Court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur, District-Saran at Chapra in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
