The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault and outraging the modesty and also snatching and abusing the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is a Dewar of the informant and the informant has not good relation with her husband who is co-accused of this case due to which, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18666 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 253 of 2016, G.R. No.1962 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
