Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of representation dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure-P/6) and the prayer in the present writ petition is for consideration and disposal of the said representation by the concerned authority, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 herein to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5354 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure-P/6) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the authority shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested party on notice and grant them an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
