Case No.563 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. has been lodged for snatching gold chain from the neck of the wife of the informant.

It has been submitted that on the basis of one confessional statement of one co-accused Manish Raj @ Mandwa @ Marwa the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case. Except that there is no material against the petitioner.
