Petitioner is accused in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been dragged in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
