The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.365 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(2), 36, 41(1), 45 and 62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.365 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
