JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,329,379,384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that for allowing the informant to fill up ditch on his land, the accused persons demanded Rs.55,000/- as extortion. Subsequently, the accused persons established the idol of Lord Hanuman on the land of the informant and on protest the accused persons assaulted the informant.

No.28445 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in fact no injury was caused to the informant and due to dispute with regard to the land in question, the accusation has been levelled which is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
