Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is order giver.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18382 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur PS case No. 395/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
