The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 353, 504 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 34 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners alongwith 10-15 unknown persons attacked the police party and tried to get release co-accused Vinod Ray, who was in police custody. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that no illicit liquor has been recovered either from the conscious possession or premises of the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
