Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No one has sustained any injury. During investigation also, no any material or cogent evidence has come against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43102 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018.
