Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2018. A pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20839 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 1111 of 2018 arising out of Kurtha Police Station Case No. 211 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
