Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, the victim girl namely Tinkle Kumari in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has not stated anything against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
