JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). Issuance of writ/writs quashing the order vide memo No.1351 dated 23.05.2013, issued by the Respondent No.3 whereby and whereunder medical claim of the petitioner with regard to the reimbursement has been rejected without proper consideration.

(ii). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding/directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15210 of 2014(2) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 respondents to consider the medical claim of the petitioner and to pay the medical bill of Rs.6,97,712/- (Six lac, Ninety seven hundred, seven hundred twelve rupees) of reimbursement as per service rule."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
