The petitioners apprehend there arrest in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged against the petitioner with oblique motive, in retaliation to the complaint case which was filed by wife of petitioner no. 1 against the informant. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three
