2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities, particularly Respondent No. 3, to consider and dispose of Letter No. 01 dated 02.01.2024 in accordance with law and to pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within such time-bound period as

(ii). For the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to forthwith cancel, rectify and/or declare as zero Jamabandi No. 1466 in respect of Khesra No. 584 to the extent of 7.5 decimals (or such excess area as found on enquiry), which is continuing illegally in the name of Late Ramavatar Sah.

(iii). Issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities, directing the Respondent authorities to make necessary corrections in both the online and physical revenue records so as to reflect the true and lawful position of the land in question in accordance with the partition deed and valid sale transactions.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Letter No. 01 dated 02.01.2024 the D.C.L.R., Pupri has referred the matter to the Additional Collector, Sitamarhi, with regard to the instant matter, but till date nothing has been done.

4. It is further submitted that on 11.12.2025, a detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner, which is pending till date and no discernible action has been taken in this regard.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that direction be issued to the Additional Collector, Sitamarhi (Resp. No. 3) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.

6. Learned counsel for the State has no objection with regard to the same.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and averments, the Additional Collector, Sitamarhi (Resp. No. 3) is directed to dispose of the representation dated 11.12.2025 filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

8. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
