Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.11.2012, passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Anganbadi Sahayika, however, it is submitted that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal, which is pending. 2.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, I deem it fit and proper
