2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 165 of 2023 arising out of Pirabhore P.S. Case No. 446 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 22(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, medicines which are alleged to be Psychotropic in nature were recovered from the bag of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the medicines were recovered from possession of the petitioner are not the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22743 of 2024(4) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 psychotropic substance, rather he was carrying it to supply in rural area. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 18.06.2023.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that a huge quantity of medicines were recovered from the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV Patna in connection with Special Case No. 165 of 2023 arising out of Pirabhore P.S. Case No. 446 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
