Petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 417 of 2018 for the offence under section 399, 402/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol, one live cartridge and one small mobile phone were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18896 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 417 of 2018.
