Petitioners counsel is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition to the learned counsel for the respondents. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the respondent authority for making selection of Para Legal Volunteer (P.L.V.) excluding the districts Rohtas, Kishanganj, Darbhanga and Sitamarhi, where the petitioners are working as a Para Legal Vounteer (P.L.V.) and further direction to allow the petitioners to continue on the said post in the aforesaid district in the light of order dated 03.11.2015 passed in L.P.A. No.371 of 2015 reported in 2016 (3) P.L.J.R. Page 188 in view of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Haryana Vs. Piara Singh reported in 1992(4) SCC 118."

The aforesaid relief is not supported by legal/statutory right followed by demand before the competent authority. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed in the light of Mani Subrat Jain V. State of Haryana reported in (1977) 1 SCC 486 reserving liberty to file a detail representation before the competent authority. If such representation is submitted
