After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the Consolidation Officer Mohania, Kaimur (respondent no. 4) in light of the order dated 18th December, 2019 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No. 131 of 2018 vide annexure-6 to this writ application.
