This is an application for bail in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 75 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that his name transpires in confessional statement of co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him, no TIP was held and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that he is in custody for three months and he has been remanded from other case.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55906 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 75 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month at least for a period of one year, so that police may watch his conduct during the said period, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nawada for its compliance.
