Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant suspects that these petitioners along with other accused persons committed the murder of his daughter.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18418 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 the case only on suspicion. Petitioner No.1 and 2 are Bhaisur and petitioner No.3 is Gotini of the deceased. Petitioners and living separately and they have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased or her husband.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa PS case No. 330/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
