The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and also the fact that the case under the provisions of SC/ST Act have been added only as an embellishment to make the allegation grave, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of
