Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.66 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307/147 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that all the accused persons fought with each other and two persons from each side sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R was not instituted by Bhagirath Yadav, the so called injured, and there is no specific accusation against any of the accused and there was one antecedent against the petitioner that who was instituted by Bhagirath Yadav and the petitioner has been in custody since 29.05.2018 and it is also submitted that

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Shailendra Yadav @ Salendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S.
