The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Altogether 1731.96 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from two vehicles.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the said vehicles and he is in custody since 13.03.2022.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has one got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
