2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 dated 03.11.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is 19 year old person and the instant matter relates to recovery of a motorcycle which was suspected to be stolen but the same is said to have been recovered from three persons including the petitioner and one of the co-accused namely, Aman Sharma, who is also alleged to

No.17033 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 have been apprehended with this petitioner with the alleged motorcycle, has been granted bail by the trial court itself and petitioner's prayer was rejected mainly considering the fact that at the relevant time, investigation was pending against him and now against him the investigation has been completed. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 04.11.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel and taking into account the petitioner's custody period as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on regular bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
