2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 14.08.2022, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners came at the house of informant and started assaulting him. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted informant with iron rod, causing injury on his nose and lips. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 2 snatched Rs. 30,000/- from the pocket of informant and co-accused Vikram snatched gold chain from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are co-villagers and a land dispute is going on between them and due to this reason, a simple Maarpeet took place. Injury, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Rest of the allegation is ornamental. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 849 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
