NATH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned additional public prosecutor.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No. 246/2012 for the offences under Sections 420,467,468,471,472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation as demonstrable from the F.I.R. is that the petitioner has obtained some deed from the husband of the informant whose mental condition has been alleged to be unstable. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the document /date is deed of Baiulbafa and has been executed only in the name of one of the accused persons namely Niraj Kumar Nirala and the petitioner appeared only as identifier. It has been further submitted that four other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36851 of 2014 (3) dt.11-02-2015 accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.13666/14.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No.246/2012 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
