Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2017. He has not been put on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58585 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 case is pending in connection with Maniyari Police Station Case No.118 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
