ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2018 in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.121 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits though it is alleged that the petitioner has been arrested from the place of occurrence, actually, he was proceeding to board the train when some persons apprehended him on hearing hulla of Chor, Chor. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been languishing in jail for no fault of his. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S.
