The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 120 B and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, Rs. 2,82,367 was robbed by five unknown miscreants from the Office of Microcredit Company.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17723 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R . No T.I.P has been conducted . No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also accused in one criminal case as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The name of the petitioner has sprung up during the course of investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2022.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Dist-Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2021.
The application stands allowed.
