JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 671 of 2014.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in view of the negotiation for marriage having failed on the ground of demand for dowry.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law.
