The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanahauli P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.16068 of 2020(2) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanahouli P.S.
