By filing this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of Karakat P.S.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.859 of 2014 dt.17-03-2015 2 / 2 Case No. 306 of 2013 registered inter alia under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
