The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belone) P.S.Case No. 178 of 2018 registered under Sections 323,341,376,504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is a married lady and has alleged that on the pretext of marriage rape was committed to her. He further submits that as per FIR, rape was committed seven months back from the date of lodging of the FIR and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., said act was committed seven years back, so the case has been lodged with ulterior motive. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Zumman, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
