ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2017 in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.53 of 2017 (G.R. No.20/17) registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, which is pending in the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions judge Cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Madhubani.

In view of the specific allegation of the victim girl and also the medical evidence, which has come before this Court, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
