Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nalanda P. S. case no. 28/2016 registered under section 308 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioners that they along with others brutally assaulted the informant and the impugned order goes to show that the informant sustained, altogether, seven injuries, out of them six lacerated wounds were found on different parts of the body including head.
However, learned counsel for the informant informs this court that in course of his treatment, informant succumbed to his

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above stated case stands rejected.
